Wapiti Camporee

The Wapiti Camporee was the inaugural event at the new Scout camp that has been created

as part of the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinville. Although space was a 

premium and the troop were not able to set up the tarp tents they worked seamlessly together 

to construct a large dining fly and kitchen area. 

Through a well-kept campsite and strong participation in the various activities they received 

a number of awards and being recognize for the best troop for campsite inspections. 

Across the 40 patrols, each of the individual troops gained a spot in the top 12.
